Molly Boydstun

Bio

Molly Boydstun is the Director of Operations and Human Resources for the pediatrics side

of The Pediatrics and Autism Center. She grew up in West Monroe, Louisiana, and

earned her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Louisiana at

Monroe.

After spending five years in the classroom, Molly discovered a passion for supporting

children in ways that extend beyond teaching. Following several moves due to her husband

Ben’s career and military affiliation, she transitioned into healthcare operations, where she

now helps support clinical teams and ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.

In her role, Molly oversees day-to-day operations and human resources for the pediatric

side of the clinic. She combines her background in education with a people-first approach,

working behind the scenes to create a supportive environment where both children and staff

can thrive.

Outside of her professional role, Molly has a deep passion for serving individuals with

special needs. She previously worked with a ministry that provided church programming for

adults with special needs—an experience that had a lasting impact on her. After her most

recent move, and seeing a need in the community, Molly is now in the process of starting

her own ministry to continue serving and supporting this population.

When she’s not working, Molly enjoys spending time with her husband Ben, their son Valor,

and their two dogs, Everest and Draco. She loves board games (especially Catan), movie

nights, family bike rides, and relaxing with a good book on her Kindle.
