Bio
Meet Baily McDowell, one of our incredible Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
(COTA/L)!
Baily has been a COTA/L since 2018 after graduating from ULM with her Associate of
Science in Occupational Therapy Assistant. She later earned her Bachelor’s degree in
Psychology, adding even more depth to the care she provides.
She brings experience from a variety of settings, including nursing homes, outpatient
orthopedics, and pediatrics, but her heart truly belongs to working with kids. Baily has a
passion for helping her kiddos reach their goals and fullest potential, and she finds so much
joy in watching them grow, gain confidence, and succeed.
Outside of the clinic, Baily loves spending time with her family. She’s married to her
wonderful husband, Dawson, and together they have an 8-month-old son, Owen, who is the
absolute light of their lives. She’s also a proud dog mom to a miniature dachshund named
Reece.
