Lacy Evans, COTA
Bio
Lacy is a dedicated healthcare pro with a passion for helping people thrive. She's got a
super strong background, earning her Associate of Science in Occupational Therapy
Assistant from ULM in 2014, and then rounding it out with a Bachelor's degree in
Psychology in 2015. This blend of OT and psychology gives her a unique, holistic
perspective on patient care!
She's worked with a wide variety of patients, from our youngest pediatric patients to our
geriatric patients in settings like home health and long-term acute care. Lacy truly brings
both top-notch clinical skill and deep empathy to everything she does, always striving to
improve quality of life through compassionate, evidence-based care.
When she's not here making a difference, Lacy loves spending time with her family! She's
married to Matt Evans, and they have two adorable kiddos, Jasper (age 4) and Gatlin (age 1).
