Bio
Ronny Kaye Book is a Licensed Behavior Analyst and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) serving as the Clinical Director at The Pediatrics & Autism Center’s Jena location. With a strong foundation in psychology and a passion for helping children thrive, Ronny brings both clinical expertise and heartfelt dedication to her role.
Ronny earned her Bachelor of Psychology degree from Louisiana State University of Alexandria in December 2019. Soon after graduation, she joined The Pediatrics & Autism Center (PAC) as a Registered Line Technician. It was in this hands-on role that she discovered her passion for the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and found the career path she was meant to pursue.
Driven by this purpose, Ronny enrolled in the University of Cincinnati’s Master of Education program, specializing in the foundations of ABA. While pursuing her graduate degree, she continued working at PAC, where she was mentored by a team of experienced clinicians who helped shape her professional development and commitment to excellence.
After earning her Master’s degree in August 2022, Ronny successfully completed her licensure and certification, officially stepping into the role of Clinical Director and BCBA. In this leadership capacity, she oversees clinical programming, provides supervision and training to technicians, and ensures high-quality, individualized therapy for children and families.
One of Ronny’s greatest joys is mentoring new technicians and witnessing the growth of both the staff and the children they serve. Her work is driven by a deep belief in the power of ABA to change lives and her ongoing commitment to shaping meaningful futures for the families at PAC.
