Dallas Rials serves as Co-Director of ABA Administrative Services, where she provides leadership and oversight of administrative operations supporting ABA therapy services. She began her journey into the field of ABA as a Registered Line Technician (RLT) in Louisiana, where she provided direct care to clients for several years. This hands-on clinical experience gives her a deep understanding of client needs and the practical realities of service delivery.
In her current role, Dallas helps manage core administrative functions including insurance authorizations, documentation workflows, interdepartmental coordination, and process improvement initiatives. She is known for her attention to detail, collaborative leadership style, and ability to navigate the complexities of ABA administrative and payer requirements.
