Bio

Hi, I’m Rebecca Helton, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in my first year of certification. I began my journey in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis 3 years ago at the Pediatrics and Autism Center, starting as a Registered Line Technician.

In 2021, I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Southern Arkansas University in psychology, and went on to complete my Master’s in ABA while working at the PAC in 2024.

Over these few short years, I’ve grown not just in knowledge and skill, but in my belief that progress starts with connection. Though my professional style is still developing I prioritize compassion and relationship-building over rigid compliance, fostering an environment where children feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow.

When I’m not working, I love spending sunny days in the garden, trying out new baking recipes, and playing with my two wild dogs.
