Bio

Bailey Boyd is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about helping children and families build meaningful skills that improve independence, communication, and daily living. Bailey earned a Bachelor’s degree from Northwestern State University and a Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University in 2021.


Bailey began working in the field of ABA in 2019 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing direct therapy and gaining valuable hands-on experience supporting children with developmental and behavioral needs. Bailey became a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in 2022 and continued to grow professionally before earning the BCBA credential in 2023.


Bailey is dedicated to using evidence-based practices to help children develop functional communication, social, and self-help skills while supporting families every step of the way. Bailey believes that collaboration with caregivers and individualized treatment plans are key to helping each child reach their full potential.


Outside of work, Bailey enjoys spending time with family and staying connected to the community.
